Sean and I spent some time in Auburn yesterday digging through Shaver Bros. Salvage. I had not been there in years and it was Sean's first visit. It's a huge salvage yard and an enormous three story building filled with enticements.
Sean can be seen in the middle of the image above. He is checking out some boards.
Where to begin?
We came back with lots of great material for new works.
I started out looking for wood trim and did I ever find wood trim.
Sean disappeared into one of the rooms and I wondered if I would see him again!Some new wall cabinets are going to be coming along soon now that I have more materials.
